Futuristic: The future fascinates me. I love to peer over the horizon and visualize the future. It inspires me and I love to energize others with the same vision.
Input: I love to collect things. Whether it's inspiring tangible objects or information, I collect and write it down to remember it. The world is exciting precisely because of its infinite variety and complexity.
Ideation: An idea is a connection. My mind is the kind of mind that is always looking for connections, and so I'm intrigued when seemingly disparate phenomena can be linked by an obscure connection. An idea is a new perspective on familiar challenges. I revel in taking the world we all know and turning it around so we can view it from a strange but strangely enlightening angle. I love all these ideas because they are profound, because they are novel, because they are clarifying, because they are contrary, because they are bizarre. For all these reasons I derive a jolt of energy whenever a new idea occurs.
Positivity: I'm generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in the situation. It is good to be alive, work can be fun, and that no matter what the setbacks, one must never lose one’s sense of humor.
Strategic: The Strategic theme enables you to sort through the clutter and find the best route. It is not a skill that can be taught. It is a distinct way of thinking, a special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows you to see patterns where others simply see complexity. Mindful of these patterns, you play out alternative scenarios, always asking, “What if this happened? Okay, well what if this happened?” This recurring question helps you see around the next corner. There you can evaluate accurately the potential obstacles. Guided by where you see each path leading, you start to make selections. You discard the paths that lead nowhere. You discard the paths that lead straight into resistance. You discard the paths that lead into a fog of confusion. You cull and make selections until you arrive at the chosen path—your strategy. Armed with your strategy, you strike forward. This is your Strategic theme at work: “What if?” Select. Strike.
Individualization: I instinctively observe each person’s style, each person’s motivation, how each thinks, and how each builds relationships. Because I observe other people’s strengths, I can draw out the best in each person. This quality helps build productive teams. While some search around for the perfect team “structure” or “process,” I instinctively know that the secret to great teams is casting by individual strengths so that everyone can do a lot of what they do well.
Intellection: I love to think. I like exercising the “muscles” of the brain, stretching them in multiple directions. This need for mental activity may be focused; whether it's trying to solve a problem or develop an idea or understand another person’s feelings. I thoroughly enjoy introspection and my time to reflect.
Maximizer: Excellence, not average, is my measure.

I’m Stephanie, a Designerd & Art Director born and raised in the Silicon Valley of California. I primarily explored my artistic tendencies within screen printing, airbrushing, caricaturing, sculpting, sketching/painting, outside sketching, and more.

I am currently residing in the concrete jungle of NYC and I am readily equipped with a multi-faceted skill set and over a decade of experience in marketing, branding, design and animation. I find inspiration in my experience of the world around me – whether it’s the harmony in interior design elements or mind bending literature.

Outside of the office, I love listening to good music, hanging out in nature, traveling the world, acting like a crazy, experimental scientist on food recipes, getting lost in a good book & pondering on poetry and philosophy 🙂
